Every February Saturday in Mordialloc we have bands playing in the park by the creek for 3 or 4 hours. Highlight last evening was an Elvis Presley impersonator who pulled a large crowd. Apparently there are impersonator groupies who follow assorted EPs hither and yon. Some years ago I referred to the 'Elvis is not dead' phenomenon in the biography I wrote about JC. As I watched this phenomenon live, my mischievous mind conjured up images of Jesus impersonators throughout 1st Century Palestine. But I still have the Faith ... I think!
