Edmund Barton again.

I used to think John Curtin was our greatest PM ever, but I'm now thinking that EB nudges him out. That he got Australians in all states, but especially NSW, to sign up to the Constitution of 1901 is extraordinary. Don't know if it could be done in the negative age of Twitter though.
